In order to further deepen the standardization construction of distribution network and promote the distribution equipment to move towards the middle and high end, the Equipment Department of State Grid Co., Ltd. organized the State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, China Electric Power Research Institute, operating units, testing and certification institutions and manufacturing enterprises to carry out the compilation of Standardization Design Scheme for Low Voltage Switchgear.
This standardized design work follows the principle of "safety, reliability, firmness and durability, unified standards, universal interchangeability, reasonable classification and wide application", and extensively absorbs the operation experience and design achievements of various operating units and manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of full investigation and discussion, it unifies standards, simplifies classification, trials advanced projects and takes into account differences, so as to achieve the goals of simplifying operation and maintenance and improving efficiency.
In the aspect of standardized scheme design of low voltage switchgear, the structural scheme, primary interface, secondary interface, civil engineering interface and main component parameters of low-voltage switchgear are standardized and unified. This design simplifies the cabinet type, cancels the fixed cabinet, simplifies the bus current specification to 1,250 A, 2,000 A and 2,500 A, and classifies the feeder scheme into four types according to functions. In the primary interface and civil interface, this design simplifies the system scheme and configuration requirements, realizes the unification of functional configuration and cabinet merging, and meets the interchangeability requirements. In this design, the secondary principle, secondary interface and secondary identification are standardized, which makes the field personnel safer and more efficient in construction wiring and operation and maintenance. This design unifies the technical parameters of main components, realizes functional improvement, and reserves interfaces for intelligent management of low voltage distribution network in the future.
