2. The objection shall be submitted and shall include the following:

(2) the name of the person opposed;

(3) the basic facts of the objection;

(4) Valid clues and relevant supporting materials.

3. If the opponent is a legal person, the dissent must be signed and sealed by its legal representative or authorized representative, and a power of attorney must also be submitted; If the dissident is an individual, the dissent must be signed by the dissident himself, accompanied by valid identification, and submitted by himself.

4. The following objections will not be accepted:

(1) Proposed after the end of the publicity of the winning bid;

(2) The objector cannot prove to be the bidder of the objectionable tendering and bidding activities and the party directly involved in and having a direct interest in the tendering and bidding activities;

(3) The object of objection is not specific, and no effective clues are provided, which is difficult to verify;

(4) The objection has been answered, and the opponent has not put forward new evidence.

5. Opponents shall not exclude competitors in the name of dissent, make false or malicious objections, and hinder the normal conduct of bidding and tendering activities.
