1. Bidding conditions

3. Respondent qualification requirements:

3.1 General qualification requirements:

(3) have not been identified as delinquent labor wages, unfair competition, fraud, commercial bribery and other corrupt acts and within the penalty period; Not prohibited from bidding by municipal and above construction management departments; Not included in the list of contractors prohibited from bidding by provincial and above power enterprises (units); Has not been included in the list of contractors prohibited from business dealings by provincial and above power enterprises (units), has not occurred bad performance behavior, and has not occurred recent safety and quality accidents (general accidents for six months, major accidents for one year, major accidents for three years);

(4) The project does not accept joint application;

(5) The content of the qualification examination materials submitted by the applicant is not false or fraudulent;

(6) Applicants must meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations

3.2 Special Qualification Requirements: The special qualification requirements that the applicant should have are detailed in Annex 1.

4. Qualification examination method:

This project adopts post-qualification examination, and the post-qualification examination adopts qualification system (qualification system/limited quantity system). After the bid is opened, the respondent shall conduct qualification examination. If the qualification examination fails, the respondent shall not enter the detailed evaluation process. The purchaser has the right to request the respondent to provide the original documents related to qualification examination for review.
